1. AI Image Processing & Privacy (Crucial)

At Nikalix, we provide a virtual fitting experience. To ensure your privacy:

  • Temporary Processing: Images you upload for AI visualization are processed in real-time to generate your result.

  • No Storage of Photos: We do not store your original uploaded photos on our permanent servers. All uploaded images are automatically deleted from our processing cache immediately after the AI generation is complete.

  • Usage: Your photos are used solely to provide the service and are never used to train public AI models or shared with third parties for marketing.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide our services:

  • Account Information: Name and email address provided during registration.

  • Credit Balance: Records of credit purchases and usage history within the platform.

  • Payment Information: When you purchase credits, payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Nikalix is a digital service platform. We do not sell physical clothing or ship products. All purchases are for Digital Credits which grant access to our AI processing tools. As such, no shipping information is required or collected for delivery purposes.
